Will your Pro-Silicone fit? Do I need to be fitted or give you my size before I place my order?
In all probability – yes. Our silicone wearables are “one-size-fits-most” and do, in fact, fit most people. There have been rare instances when a customer was simply too big.
All silicone wearables labeled “Male Fit” will accommodate most average male body types. All silicone wearables labeled “Female Fit” will accommodate most average female body types. Although silicone is a very stretchy material and will accommodate most average body types, should you have any questions regarding your size and fit, please feel free to contact us at any time.
How long will my FX silicone products really last?
This, of course, depends on how much you use them and how. Obviously, customers who practice extreme sports, such as motocross or skateboarding, tend to put more wear and tear on their silicone garments than those who use them occasionally for social events.
However, under normal conditions, the most accurate answer is “several years.” Silicone rubber has been rated for chemical and physical stability for well over 20 years without dry rot, discoloration, or loss of elasticity. As long as moderate care is taken and no purposeful damage is done to the garment, it should last you 20 some-odd years, if not a lifetime.
I need to repair my silicone product. What can I do?
You have two options available:
Option 1: You can send the product back to us and we’ll happily repair it (we ask that you please send photos of the damaged silicone product before shipping it out – extensive tears may require a repair fee).
Option 2: You can repair it yourself using GE Clear Silicone 1 Sealant/Caulk, which can be found at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, and most other major hardware stores.
Do not use Silicone 2 or a lower-priced off-brand sealant. These are often inferior rubbers and will not adhere properly. Wash the area well with alcohol to remove any dust or oil, then glue the area with your sealant in a way that can be held in place for at least an hour. Give the sealant 24 hours to fully set.

When can I expect my silicone products? How long is the wait time?
Our wait times can vary depending on many factors, though typical wait times are around 4–6 weeks for silicone products.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship our products all over the globe and traditionally use the US Postal Service for international shipments. Naturally, international shipping is considerably more costly than domestic shipments and varies in price from time to time. Please contact us via email for a shipping estimate.
Fantom X has absolutely no control over an individual nation’s customs laws. We cannot and will not alter an invoice or adjust retail values to avoid higher customs fees.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic orders typically ship via UPS or USPS. International orders must ship via USPS. We offer standard and expedited shipping methods, and can work with you in many cases. Prices will vary. If you are concerned, please email us for an estimate.
Can I add an item to my order after I’ve paid and it’s in the system?
Not to the same invoice, no. Once you’ve paid out the balance for a current order, that order is entered into our system and put into a production queue. We’d strongly advise you to have a firm knowledge of exactly what you want when you place an order. If you opt to add something, the added item will have its own invoice, cost, and wait time.

Can I use your silicone products to attend fashion and media events?
Absolutely! That’s one of the reasons we designed them for.
Can I use your product in printed promotional media, video media, commercials, or live broadcasts?
Absolutely! We’d be honored.
Can I use your work or designs in my merchandise (calendars, posters, apparel, etc.)?

Typically, made to order silicone items will take 4-8 weeks, and in stock items 1-3 business days. Please understand that this is an estimate for when your order will ship, and your items may in fact ship ahead of schedule - or it may ship a day or two late.
